Nice workshop addition...
I bought this to replace a shop vac I had been using. It's much quieter than the shop vac and powerful enough to be left connected to my two prime tools (table saw and miter saw). It was delivered on schedule and the packaging was very good. All parts were present and correct and assembly was straightforward (the assembly instructions are a little vague so can't be just blindly followed). Attaching the chip collection bag with the band clamp is a little awkward the first time if working alone. I connected mine to electrical power through a relay box so it automatically comes on whenever a tool is powered up. The unit is robust and stable and moves easily on the casters and large wheels. All-in-all a nice workshop addition.

Picks up the Dust
I have searched for a good dust collector at a good price. This one fits the bill. Tyler really does have the best prices. Your not going to be able to run two or more machines while using this and hope it does a great job. It is meant for one machine at a time- and does this very well. I would suggest putting in a cyclone before it to capture most of the material. The 1 micron filtration sold me on this unit along with the price.

small wood shop
I have a small shop making different types of furniture and things like that. i have only had this product in use for a week now. at this point the operation of the dust collector is just as marketed. i will enjoy the much smaller amount of sweeping and quality of air in shop.
