Ingersoll Rand Warranty

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Company, the Company warrants each new complete piece of Equipment sold by it to the Purchaser to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date the equipment is placed in operation or eighteen (18) months from the date of shipment by the Company, whichever occurs first, and the Company warrants each new spare part for such Equipment to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of shipment by the Company. The Company will repair or replace, at its option, any part which is found by the Company upon its inspection to be defective in material or workmanship during the periods described above, without charge to the Purchaser for parts or labor. Any part which is replaced shall become the property of the Company. The Purchaser must present proof of purchase (and purchase date) at the time of making a claim under this warranty. This warranty does not apply to failures occurring as a result of abuse, misuse, negligent repairs, corrosion, erosion, normal wear and tear, alterations and modifications made to the Equipment without the express written consent of the Company, or failure to follow the recommended operating practices, service and maintenance procedures as provided in the Equipment’s operating and maintenance publications. All maintenance, service and repair work must be completed by an authorized Company distributor or establishment and only genuine Company parts shall be used in such work. Failure to comply strictly with these requirements shall invalidate this warranty. The warranty provided herein does not apply to engines and motors which are manufactured by others. Such engines and motors shall have whatever warranties are provided by their respective manufacturers which can be passed on to the Purchaser. The warranty provided herein also does not include consumable or maintenance items.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. THE COMPANY MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, CONDITION OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, EXCEPT THAT OF TITLE, AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS AND REPRESENTATIONS RELATING TO MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.

Such repair or replacement shall be Purchaser’s exclusive remedy and correction by the Company of nonconformities, whether patent or latent, in the manner and for the period of time provided above, shall constitute fulfillment of all liabilities of the Company for such nonconformities.

1 Year Tool, Battery and Charger Replacement Warranty

Ingersoll Rand warrants the applicable IQV20 Series tool, battery*, and charger to be free of defects in material and workmanship, for a period of one (1) year from original date of purchase from Ingersoll Rand or an authorized Ingersoll Rand Distributor (the “Warranty Period”). If the applicable IQV20 Series tool, battery, or charger fails within the Warranty Period, the suspect component will be evaluated by an Ingersoll Rand certified Service Center. Ingersoll Rand will provide pre-paid postage and packaging if requested by the customer. Ingersoll Rand will replace without cost any applicable IQV20 series tool, battery, or charger to be found defective in materials or workmanship, including shipping, parts and labor charges. Successive claims are subject to be repaired or replaced as determined by Ingersoll Rand certified Service Center guidelines. This warranty does not cover damage from repairs, replacements, or adjustments made or attempted by anyone other than Ingersoll Rand certified Service Centers. The effects of abuse, normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, or accidents are specifically excluded.

* Battery with less than 2.4 Ah rating will be warranted for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase or 18 months from the date stamp on battery, whichever is later.

2 Year High Capacity Battery Replacement Warranty

Ingersoll Rand warrants the IQV20 Series battery with an Ah rating of 2.4 or greater to be free from defects in material and workmanship, for a period of two (2) years from original date of purchase** from Ingersoll Rand or an authorized Ingersoll Rand Distributor (the “Warranty Period”). If the applicable IQV20 Series battery fails within the two (2) year Warranty Period, the suspect component will be evaluated by an Ingersoll Rand certified Service Center. Ingersoll Rand will provide pre-paid postage and packaging if requested by the customer. Ingersoll Rand will replace without cost any applicable IQV20 Series battery to be found defective in materials or workmanship, including shipping, parts and labor charges. Successive claims are subject to be repaired or replaced as determined by Ingersoll Rand certified Service Center guidelines. This warranty does not cover damage from repairs, replacements, or adjustments made or attempted by any one other than Ingersoll Rand certified Service Centers. 3 Year Tool and Charger Limited Warranty

Ingersoll Rand warrants the IQV20 Series cordless tool and charger will be free from defects in material and workmanship, for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase from Ingersoll Rand or an authorized Ingersoll Rand Distributor (the “Warranty Period”). During this 3 Year Warranty Period, Ingersoll Rand will, at its option, repair or replace without cost any IQV20 series tool or charger to be found defective in materials or workmanship after evaluation by an Ingersoll Rand certified Service Center, including shipping, parts and labor charges.This warranty does not cover damage from repairs, replacements, or adjustments made or attempted by any one other than Ingersoll Rand certified Service Centers. The effects of abuse, normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, or accidents are specifically excluded.

Ingersoll Rand shall in no event be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive, or special damages.

OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH ABOVE INGERSOLL RAND MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT THAT OF TITLE, AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.
