Snippity, snip.
I have used some gas pro models and I wanted to stay away from the gas and noise. I have also cut off a few electric cords in my time. This unit resolves both. It is not the trimming time of year in my location so actual use will be determined at that time. Makita has always been a great line of working tools for me so I don't think I will be disappointed, at this time I think I am going to be pleasantly surprised.
