Absolutely loved it -- until it died
I love this charger. Just load it with batteries and leave. Not only do I always have charged batteries, but I always know where in the shop they are at. Only con, is that it died after 6 months.

handy transport & storage
I assume I'm going to need 3-4+ batteries on a multi-hour project. Generally, that means at least 2 batteries should be in the charger.

Transporting & storing batteries is awkward. This very compact charging station makes it easy.

I also have the V28/V18 3 bay charger. It charges all 3 batteries together AND conditions the batteries so I just leave batteries in it all the time.

I'd love to buy a similar unit for the M18 series. Batteries are a significant investment.

Great Charger but..............
As a avid DIYS-er, I use my Milwaukee tools mostly around the house and in the garage. Currently renovating my kitchen. Its a great charger...its very convenient to hold all my batteries at once. only charges ONE BATTERY AT A TIME! Given that, wouldn't it be better if you added more single chargers so the batteries are charged all at once? This charger is useful for charging overnight but when you have a need for more than just one battery that is fully are then swaping the one battery from tool to tool until another single battery is charged. That's why it has 3 stars. Make a charger like the previous generation NiCad 3-bay charger that charged the batteries concurrently!!!

Great to have for multiple batteries
We use the M18 cordless vacuums for work in areas where power outlets are far and few (and to save time because we move around fast). We have 9 batteries and two vacuums which we use over a period of a couple hours. When the guys are done they put 6 of them on the charger and we will have them all ready again for the next night. If you need them all done in a hurry it is not ideal because it is sequential, but at least you can toss them on and forget about it. No need to baby sit the charger and keep swapping out batteries.

It does exactly what it says and needs to do.

The charger works great is very handy because I run alot of cordless tools at once and it always keeps some charged and doesn't use all my available plug space

excellent service, awesome deals
I am in the HVAC industry. I use several cordless tools a day. I have the m18 15 pc. Set. This charger is a must on the jobsite! Also, it allows you to get the most of your batteries by completely draining them, then fully charging them without downtime. Definitely recommend to any contractor! I am very happy with CPO's service, prices, and fast delivery!

does sequential charging mean that it charges batteries one at a time? I am hoping to bring dead batteries back to the charger and have them all start the charge cycle immediately. any clarification would be appreciated.
