Powerful machine!
I have used this "power house" for a month now and find it to have exceptional power equal to a gas mower without having to buy expensive gas, plus no emissions. On the right terrain, without mole holes, breaks in the terrain and on level surface, it is easilly maneuverable, especially with the front wheel turn ability option. A full charge will easilly handle a 1/4 acre. The added features of mulching and the attachable grass catcher makes for an ideal way to make ones own mulch, there by saving $2-$4 a bag for that. A win-win for saving on gas and mulch! Cleans itself easily with the hose attachment on the deck. The blade is super strong and cuts with ease. Folds up quickly for space saving storage either hung from a garage wall or just propped against. I have many of the WORX tools and find them all to be excellent for what they are meant to be used for.

FYI: not self-propelled
I had seen this advertised on another website where it stated that this mower was self-propelled. It is NOT self-propelled, so keep that in mind when you purchase. I just went back to mowing my own yard after using a lawn service for the past 8 years. I had a Toro gas-powered then and it was self-propelled. Boy, did I forget how much it made a difference. Oh well...I guess I'll be working on my upper arm strength more now when I mow! The only other things that will take getting used to for me are...(1 The starting process is a little weird. You push the orange "key" in and hold it until you bring the swivel lever/handle into place. It will NOT start if you begin to even slightly move the swivel lever/handle before pushing the orange "key" in first. (2) Holding the swivel lever/handle in place while operating is sensitive. If you even slightly allow it to separate from the main handle, then the unit will stop. I'm not saying that any of these things are design flaws - it is all just different than what I'd grown accustomed to. Also, the wheel adjustments: you adjust the front two wheels independently, but the back wheels are done very easily and simultaneously with one lever. Pretty cool. I would say that the wheel adjustment on the Worx is one of the best features. It does cut well, btw, and is easy to clean. Biggest plus: I no longer have to deal with gas!

battery charger
For the price, I can not understand why your company did not make a battery charger that will charge BOTH batteries at the SAME time, since both batteries have to be used in the mower TOGETHER !!!
Also, the handle should be able to be lowered to enable to mow under lawn furniture.

Best push mower ever & has "Zero-Radius" turning
I have always been impressed with the Worx 20V "power share" line of products and decided to pull the trigger in mid July & got the 56V mower. I splurged and got the "Caster Wheels". I don't know how Worx does it, but I was blown away with the total package of this mower. It has great cutting power, battery power and maneuverability. It is so light weight that I don't even miss not being self-propelled (even on hill). Adjustments are simple, even for cleaning and storage. I have people stopping by when I'm out in my yard giving compliments and asking about the Worx products.
I have loaned my Worx 56V mower to family and friends to use because I wanted them to enjoy the experience of this light-weight, extremely quite and very powerful mower that provides an excellently manicured lawn. They know what they are getting when it's time for a new mower.
I have since created my own 56V "power share" line by acquiring the 56V hedge trimmer and the 56V turbine blower. I now have enough batteries to do a very large size lawn (or multiple lawns).

ease of use
This mower is very light weight and very easy to maneuver. This is my 3rd Worx mower in 7 years. I live in the south and mow my lawn twice a week May through October once a week the remaining months. I had a few problems with my first mower. Worx customer service was excellent and replaced the mower with an upgraded model at no charge.
It's very hard to find a company that backs their products as well as Worx. I also have Worx trimmers, edgers, blowers and vacuum. Yard work is a breeze with light weight Worx tools.

Incredible Mower
The Worx 56 Max Lithium cordless mower is an incredible machine. It virtually has the power of a gas mower, is way quieter, has the best front wheels I' ve ever seen on a lawn mower, and I recharge both batteries from a single charge from my solar generator. This makes it a truly free to operate machine for us!

Best mower ever used.
When I first used this mower, I was amazed of the way it cut and how easy it was to use the front caster wheels to make sharp turns. I like that it is easy to push with the larger back wheels. I would suggest this mower to anyone that want to cut there grass and not disturb the neighbors. It is very quiet and the charging of the batteries is very quick compared to the large lead batteries.

Better than my last Worx 14" Mower
Some of the excellent feature on this mower is the easy height adjustment, improve rear bag attachment, water hose wash out connecting, steel deck, battery are easy to handle than the bigger on for the 14" mower and the caster wheels make it easier when mowing. It goes great with my four other Worx yard tools.

The batteries appear charged with 3 green lights however when placed in the mower they go to 2 only. We end up only getting 20-25 mins max mowing time. We are happy with the mowing but not with this battery issue. HELP.!
