Big options, smaller price tag
I'm able to access many of the modules found in newer automobiles. I can monitor what the module is reacting to and in return make a thorough diagnosis. I have not had the MD802 very long,but I am very impressed to this point. A professional technician can use this easily, but it does not have the ability to program ecms or remotes and keys, ect.

Does your item come with a case. I've seen this item for sale on many retail websites, and their description always says it comes with a protective carring case. I want to make sure because it's never easy trying to buy something to use as a case, and your foolish if you don't take best of care of your tools. They are a huge investment. Thank you very much.

BEST ANSWER: It does come with a plastic carrying case, I do not recommend this product. I got it had to update it as soon as I got it and it still will not read anything newer than 2012 even with the 2015 update.
It works fine from 1995-2012.

Autel Intelligent Technology Corp.,Ltd ("Autel") warrants to the original purchaser that this unit is free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. If the unit fails within the one (1) year period, it will be repaired or replaced, at Autel's option, at no charge, when returned prepaid to the Technical Service Center with Proof of Purchase. The sales receipt may be used for this purpose. All replacement parts, whether new or re-manufactured, assume as their warranty period for only the remaining time of this warranty. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use, accident, abuse, improper voltage, service, fire, flood, lightning, or other acts of God, or if the product was altered or repaired by anyone other than the Technical Service Center. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty.
