They should offer a replacement insert plate that is not predrilled for several routers so you can just align up your mounting holes and drill them yourself

OK table
I have had my router table for two months now and after the initial set up was using it for routing and slot cutting for doors. The planing feature leaves alot to be desired mainly because router bits are not tall enough to accomodate a .75" thick board.
most features worked as expected, it is not a commercial grade router, it is for DIY people. after two months the on/off/reset switch failed. disappointed in the repeated emails to get the switch replaced under warrantee.

Disappointed in Bosch
This is almost a great router table. Unfortunately, the line between poor and great is very fine. The table is sturdy. Laminated MDF is an ok choice for materials as it is stable and heavy. However, one of the panels cracked on assembling before the assembly screw was completely installed (meaning the cause of the crack was not over-tightening. Also, I waxed the threads, per instructions, to ease installation). That can be forgiven as it didn't compromise the overall integrity of the table. Insert leveling was easy and intuitive. But the rings. Oh, the rings. For a couple dollars more, Bosch could have designed this table to accept standard insert rings. However, the designers "cheaped out" and went with thin, flimsy, plastic snap-in rings. There are no other rings on the market (that either I or a Bosch rep could find) that will fit this table meaning that if you want to use any type of guide busing, you're out of luck. Sure, it seems like a small thing. I know people don't generally use guide bushings on a router table. But some of us do and would it have killed Bosch to design the insert and insert rings to customary industry standards? I expect more from a maker of quality tools.

Some room for improvement
I bought this table a while back. I have been using it for the last year and a half or so. Not going into a long boring story so I'll just list the pros and cons from my experience. The machine as a whole is decent. Table is flat. Router plate sits flat to table with adjustment screws. The switch works great as well. What I havent liked about it is the fence. Fence adjustment is very sloppy. There is graduation marks on the plate for fence adjustment but they are wide marks. Very easy to be a tad over one mark or the other. I would usually set fence with a square everytime. The bolts securing the fence is ok although I had one come loose one while doing a project. The mitre track was ok but I wished it was a standard t track so you can use mitre gauges from other tools. All and all for a entry level or weekend warrior I reccomend it. For a seasoned woodworker looking to save some bucks I do not.

A solid cabinet with a flat top but....
The cabinet is sturdy and the top is reasonably flat, but the are some significant flaws. the primary problem area is in the aluminum insert. Although leveling screws are provided, it is difficult at best to get the insert completely level with the table top. Secondly the brushed aluminum insert causes additional friction while sliding work pieces across. ( I have not gotten brave enough yet to experiment with paste wax.)
The next area of concern is the fence adjustment hardware. The 1/4 inch carriage bolts provided refuse to slide with the fence as designed. They catch on the underside of the table and make fine adjustments very difficult. To resolve this problem I routed 3/4 inch grooves in the table over the top of the existing guide holes and installed T Tracks. It was a little extra work and expense, but now the fence is easily adjustable.

I like it...but,
The only real issue I have with this router table is that the insert does not bolt up flush with the rest of the table. This becomes an issue as it will leave a different depth cut on pieces that are being routed. Any ideas?

Not worth it
Bottom of the table is nice but quality is lacking in the top; nothing is level. The mounting plate is poorly made and thus gets unlevel after only a few uses. Also, the slot where the insert rings sit was not machine accurately resulting uneven surface when moving wood from right to left. Moving the fence is ridiculous, there is no accuracy here either, you have to pull or shove the fence to get it to move. It does not move freely so minute changes can not be made.

Great router table
I have been using this router table for awhile now. It was easy to set up and use. The only thing I would change is how the fence attaches to the table. Instead of the 1/4 x 20 carriage bolts that go into a slot in the top, I would put t tracks on each side closer to the edge of the top with 1/4 x 20 hex or t bolts that way it would be easier to adjust.
