Freight Orders

Freight deliveries require a delivery time be scheduled and someone must be present at the time of delivery to inspect and sign for the merchandise. A representative from the freight carrier will call the phone number entered at checkout to schedule the delivery.

Liftgate Service

For freight deliveries, you have the option of adding a liftgate to your delivery. A liftgate is the device that lowers a product from the truck to ground level.

CPO recommends adding liftgate service for freight deliveries exceeding 100 lbs if you do not have a loading dock or fork lift at the delivery address. Additional charges may apply. The liftgate option will be presented during the checkout process.

Please note that liftgate service only ensures the product is removed from the truck. We recommend you have the additional help of two to four people to move the product to its desired location because drivers are not required to assist.

Requesting liftgate service after ordering may result in additional charges and delays.

Medium Duty Snow Blower
This two-stage snowblower replaces a failing Sears light-duty two-stage snowblower. It is much sturdier with better controls for the chute, transmission, and engine. The steering and heated hand grips are nice bonuses.

appeared to be a decent snowblower
Bought my snowblower 2 weeks ago. Auger belt went out after 3 uses. The belt was not readily available, even through BS own web site. If I would of known its this difficult to get a common thing like a belt definitely would of purchased something differnt. Shame because seems to be a not bad machine.

Falling apart
Purchased in December 2018, used 5 times and everything is falling apart, drives when it feels like driving, have to reverse tgen put back in forward gear to get it too go forward again. Chute rotates on its own, deflector is not straight, spits snow out of the back of tge deflector. Hit the side of a wooden fence with the auger housing and bent like a tin can. What else can go wrong, ill let you all know the next snowfall......

Worste junk EVER!
Purchased on 11/29/17 and has less than 3 hours of run time. I have had to SHOVEL BY HAND TWO WINTER'S worth of Northern Michigan snow since purchasing this product BRAND NEW. It leaked gas from near the stopcock fuel shutoff after about 2 hours of use- trip for Authorized service. Got home- auger stopped working after 10 minutes-trip for Authorized service. $50 bucks later- got it home, auger stopped working after 2 minutes. No faith that it will ever work- MONEY PIT! COMPLETE GARBAGE. Still under warranty- fat lot of good that will do me!! 2-4 inches of snow predicted again for tonight on top of the 4 feet out there already. Back to the shovel. Thanks for nothing Briggs & Stratton. Time to fix my old Murray.
Would rate this snowblower a "zero" if I could.

i bought this snowblower this spring because of price and reviews. I live in wisconsin n we just got hit again with a storm. i have never been so disappointed in a brand new product . from day one the belts on this thing squealed and it doenst take much of a load at all and it does not throw snow anywhere near a new blower should. I had a 5hp craftsman for 25 years and i just gave it to my son because i thought i was upgrading. I have never had a belt issue on a new product until now. I am trying to find a spot to send a note in hopes i can get help and not have to pay for it but so far no luck I will keep trying. Very disappointed. Brad from Green Bay WI

Used once, electric start failed
title says it except B&S expects me to pay for pick up by local service center AND diagnostic fee. Five day old used once unit. Spoke with authorized service3 center and was told it's a known issue. They've had more than a few in for the same issue.

How much work does it take to put the delivered snow blower together?
Do you have to be a handyman or do the instructions walk you through his easily?
gilby on Feb 8, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Very simple couple wrenches and the instructions walk you right through it. Took me all of 30 min. But that's because I didn't read the instructions and skipped a step. Hope this helps. Ps the machine is a beast.
