No need to bring out an extension cord just to cut a few boards or a cut on the roof. Not recommended for any production work though.

Describe Yourself:
Great saw, excellent service
Bought this saw because all my other DeWalt tools are 18 volt. Needed to add this tool to my accumulation for my bathroom remodel. Lightweight and agile this saw fit the bill. I would recommend it for those light quick jobs where a corded saw is impractical. As for Tyler tool, they are ACES! Great price and quick delivery. Can't beat that.

Handy for most jobs.
I have used for demolishing 2 structures and building several small sheds. I have 5 batteries and they will get me thru most work days with a drill impact driver and saw.

Describe Yourself:
Always reliable!
This is a nice small and light saw. I wish I would have bought the 20volt because I have more 20volt batteries and the 20volt ions hold a very long charge. But it is a very nice saw to have around when you need to cut something small or big. No problems at all. Never had any problems with Dewalt. I do believe they are the best.

Great addition to my Dewalt tool collection!
This saw is a great addition to my Dewalt 18v tool collection. Just pop on a battery and go. No more searching for a long extension cord and the nearest outlet when building out of the workshop.

Bought for small projects that are impractical to drag tens of feet of power cord for a ten minute job. So far this saw has performed well.
