I use this in my router sled to plane out tons of hardwood. It will run, non stop, for a few hours. Tons of power, no breakdowns, good dust collection; what more could you ask for?

I am the proud owner of a fine tool but I just ran across an issue that I am experiencing and that is I need to do some inside guide work and when I install a 1/4inch straight bit into the router and a brass bushing but when I plunge the bit into the bushing it will not plunge into the brass bushing as it doesn't align up. How or what can I do to plunge into the brass bushing with out ruining the brass guide. Jerry C
