The best for Prefinshed Wood!
I do hard wood floors for a living. These are hands down the best blades out there. Some places try to sell me on the bosch blades and say they are the same. They really aren't. These for starters last alot longer and are more truer to the cut. And they do not wonder. And honestly there is really not much of a price difference. These are also great for finished items. Never had a splinter in the wood yet. The best!

Good for Scroll Work & Thin Cedar
Excellent blades for delicate wood. I find cedar intolerably difficult to achieve clean cuts with but these blades certainly help. As a note, Festool blades are color coded by application:

Yellow: wood
Red: Plastic
Blue: Metal
Green: Special cutting (glass, tiles, foam boards, etc).

Just chasing down the TPI will lead you astray! Good luck.
