Nice, but wiring space is limited...
I wanted to use a larger wire gauge from the inlet box to the transfer switch, in order to minimize voltage drops (plus, I had the 8-4 cable) but found that this made things tight. The inlet box and switch panel are clearly designed for #10 wire. The inlet box and enclosure for the breakers could be a little larger. Plus, a 10 foot cable for the generator is a little short. It really should be 15-20 feet, to allow the generator to be placed farther from the structure. Overall, a good complete basic kit, though.

I have you GP6500E generator and the manual specifically says to use a 3-pole transfer switch because the neutral wire is bonded to ground on this generator and a 2-Pole swtch will not work. Is this a 3-Pole switch?
