This is a pretty good product.
So far this has worked pretty good for me. I have used it both inside and out, with battery and plugged in. It can get fairly loud, but it won't rock your socks off. I really like the covered area for the phone (to keep dust off the phone), but because I have an iPhone 6 Plus with a case, I had to take out the recharge cable holder for the door to be able to close with the phone in it. Another problem problem I have is the way the holder is designed. Because of where the handle sits. I have to pull my phone out of the holding area behind the handle, which doesn't allow for a quick take out if the phone is ringing.

I'd give it 6 stars if it charged batteries. Overall though love it. It's already saved my phone, sounds great, easy to use, picks up stations that no other radio I own can. I'd buy another

The radio works great and is nice that it can connect with bluetooth to your phone or use the radio built in if you don't have your phone.

Describe Yourself:
Great build and features !
I just got this radio yesterday. It connects to any Bluetooth device without any problems. The sound is big and clear. The speaker is solidly built and hefty. The controls are intuitive and easy to access. You have date, time, alarm, and Bluetooth track control. Presets for the FM receiver are easy to set. Also of interest, the song title and artist name scroll across the display in real time when in FM mode. This really is a well made speaker that just belongs in a pro tool lineup. Hitachi has been making tools and electronics for decades, and putting them together is a win for us because Hitachi tools are really well made. It took me awhile to get Hitachi tools, and the grass is really greener on the other side. Attention to detail and fit is a hallmark of Hitachi Koki.
