A very nice Miter saw stand but really?
This Stand is Great! After you correct a few stupid mistakes on the manufactures part..
First of all on step one you put soft rubber feet on the frame, they become the feet the frame sits on when is use,, This lets the frame rock from left to right when completed, Soft Rubber? How about Hard Plastic? Oh, No washers to keep the bolts from pulling though these Rubber Feet !
Two Hours Later everything is coming together, Wow, used a lot of Metric tools, Metric Allen Head Sockets ? Really ? A Must ! OH, Then NO way to put the work supports on, No parts, What,, How do the really work with thumb screws and welded on nuts on the outside of the vertical supports. Missing that package of parts,, No Idea...
Parts Packages could be Numbered to the assembly process,, well no !
Parts Packages are stapled together, watch out for that one,, it hurt, what is wrong with tape?
Well I'm off to the Hardware store tomorrow, I can fix this thing.
It is very heavy,
But Very Heavy Duty,,, Just Expected More from HITACHI
Used With the C 10FSH Saw, This Saw can stay on the frame in the folder position, the 12 could also stay on the frame in a folded position,, Tightened the screws on the front to rear mounting bars to hold the saw,, Phillips Screws on top of the bars at the clamps.
Nicer than most But !!
REALLY HITACHI ?
