Product Overview

Tackle those hard-to-reach branches with ease. The Sun Joe SWJ803E electric pole chain saw takes the danger and difficulty out of trimming your overgrown trees. Powered by a robust 8-amp motor, the SWJ803E’s multi-angle head can handle the most stubborn tree limbs up to 9.5-inches thick. Life is Safer Now
Trimmed about 50 apple trees all from the ground no ladder involved, what a time saver, hang it up and next year ready to go again, no fuel lines or clogged carb to worry about.

works like a charm
came quickly and solidly packed. I've used it 4 times now on some good size branches. Keep an eye on the chain oil like all saws and it does the job. No complaints at all so far

Worst Product I Have EVER Purchased
Opened my SnowJoe SWJ803E today for the first time, assembled it per the instructions, filled it with the oil provided. I then took it to my patio area and set it down on the patio while I grabbed my ladder and some other items. Was delayed by a phone call so approximately 20 minutes later I go to plug it in and notice a pool of oil underneath it. Checked the tank window and ALL the oil I had put into the tank had leaked out onto the patio!

I called support to find out why all the oil had leaked out and was told that this is normal! Seriously? Add oil before use, but BEWARE, if you leave it sit for 15-20 minutes the oil will be gone! Unbelievable!! This is a piece of junk as far as I am concerned. They should rename it to JunkJoe.
