Freight Orders

Freight deliveries require a delivery time be scheduled and someone must be present at the time of delivery to inspect and sign for the merchandise. A representative from the freight carrier will call the phone number entered at checkout to schedule the delivery.

Liftgate Service

For freight deliveries, you have the option of adding a liftgate to your delivery. A liftgate is the device that lowers a product from the truck to ground level.

CPO recommends adding liftgate service for freight deliveries exceeding 100 lbs if you do not have a loading dock or fork lift at the delivery address. Additional charges may apply. The liftgate option will be presented during the checkout process.

Please note that liftgate service only ensures the product is removed from the truck. We recommend you have the additional help of two to four people to move the product to its desired location because drivers are not required to assist.

Requesting liftgate service after ordering may result in additional charges and delays.

Easy operation
I have had this unit for 3 years now. I keep it serviced (oil change, aiir filter, etc. and not a spec of trouble. Goes through anything mother nater throws at it !!!. Even at the end of my 100 foot log driveway where the town plow piles up snow, slush, and ice. I highly recomend Troy-Bilt !!!!

Strong Machine
I bought this machine 2 Winters ago, after a 2 foot snowfall. It was a very heavy snow, and I had trouble clearing our driveway. I determined not to be overwhelmed like that again. I ordered the machine from my local Lowe's store, and received it in just a few days. I was very pleasantly surprised by the ease with which the storm 2625 cleared my driveway and sidewalk. It has always started easy, runs well, and is very easy for me to operate. I am very happy with it.

Dependable
I have a long gravel driveway. I do taxi work for the Amish, so I have to be able to get out of the driveway dependably. As I approached 70, I felt it no longer safe to shovel by hand ( I had bypass surgery in 1993, so I bought this machine. The plug in electric start is a huge plus (no battery worries)!!! Trying to start a small gas engine in the winter, especially when only used occasionally is extremely iffy and taxing on older hearts. I plug it in and it starts every time. This machine does the job - even in the snowplow packed snow at the end of the driveway. The light makes early morning jobs possible and the snow is thrown well clear of the driveway, so the snow does not have to be moved twice. Very well designed machine!

Starts great
I bought this unit to replace a 20+ year old MTD snow thrower. The features and price was what I was looking for. I had to always use the electric start on the old unit but this one starts so easy with manual or electric start. I have used it now for two seasons but very sparse snowfall. Time will tell if it is a durable unit or not.
