Great product
I would love this if it didn't need a cord. Tired of dragging cords around my front & back yard. I do all kinds of work, not only on my property, but also my 87 year-old neighbor's. I am gradually replacing all my tools with your battery operated products. Love my Revolution & have interested neighbors. Waiting on my drill/driver. Then want a hedge trimmer.

So far, so good.
I've only used the item once to be sure it is in working order. Thus far it's performing well.

Performance is terrible. Not as advertised.
I purchased this several months ago and was extremely dissatisfied with the performance of this blower. They show how well it works on their videos and ads, I found that it’s ability to blow things off is limited because they don’t show you the small size of the nozzle. It does not blow out of the upper big nozzle, that’s only for vacuuming. In fact the big nozzle often blocks the blower nozzle since it is out in front of the blower nozzle. It is easy to change from blowing to vacuuming, but the collection bag is easily clogged up by dust and dirt reducing its vacuuming power. I suppose this works great on dust free dry leaves, but that’s not a realistic real world situation. I took the collection bag off and the vacuuming power was dramatically higher, but that’s not practical. My old sears electric blower does a better job in both blowing and vacuuming. Would not recommend.

Not so Great!!!
Purchased this as a mother days gift... 1st, it's bulky, with the bag attachment that is, and it doesn't fit that well around your body 2nd, you can't maneuver around within tight spaces with the bag attached, you need at least 3/4 feet around you 3rd, the metal blade, although a good ideal but the cavity around the blade builds up with dirt and debris, it cakes up, then slows down the suction and GOOD luck with cleaning it, it's hard to get to 4th, it's good for dry/dead debris ONLY and in an open space..

I am 6' tall, shoulder strap for 5'8 or less
I bought it last week, came quick, works pretty good, Kind of loud, but whatever. Problem is that the strap that goes over your shoulder is too short, If you're 5'8"-5'9", or less it'll work. If you're any taller, you're out of luck. Gotta walk around hunched over. And that simply isn't an option, wouldn't walk around like that without a heavy leaf vac/mulcher and bag full of mulch on my body. The vac wont touch ground, and if you do bend over enough to get it there, it points straight into the ground, no angle at all, so you're picking up everything on ground, not just leaves. And yes, I got it adjusted as long as the strap will go. Sucks because it does work pretty good, it's just that it's for shorter people. If you're 6'(or taller)you cant use this thing. And I like it! It does work. Sad they made the strap to the mulch bag so short. I would guess about 8-12 ,more inches would do it for most people over 6'. But I guess it would cost another quarter for the extra length of the strap so it prob adds up and they can save money by hunching you over. Oh well, back it goes.

Great product
When I first saw this, I knew I had to have it. I have several different kinds of oak trees on my property, so this is more of a need rather than a want! The fact that I can put my rake away and am able to mulch the leaves, it's the best thing in my garage. I not dreading fall this year because the trivac will make it fun!

Great features and easy to use
Bought this to use on apartment patio and walk areas. Path is small rock and shaded by medium growth maple trees. Lots of nooks and under bench areas too. Have some walking challenges and use a walker for mobility. Needed something I could carry and balance too. The Tri Vac fit the bill. It weighs about ten pounds. The best feature is the switch from blower to vacuum and no other parts to assemble for the purpose. The shoulder bag is the right size too. Not too heavy once full and relatively easy to dump into a yard bag. It mulches 18:1 so it can be dusty the dryer the leaves. Wear eye, ear, and dust mask protection for sure. Easy to assemble. Parts line up and click in place per pictured instructions.
