The right tool for the price
Great product for the price. Just the size I needed for light home use. Although it was reconditioned it works great, no issues at all and the price was unbeatable for this tool.

Great saw with a great price
Pulled it out of the box, fueled and oiled, gave bubble a few pumps and pulled the cord for a fast start. Great for trimming out small brush and trees. Light weight and small but powerful!

Great deal
What a great value. My only regret was not get the 16" instead of the 14". Otherwise, I am impressed with the work this saw can do

Good for the money
I had a problem when I first received it. When I tried to take the cover off it was very hard to get off. After putting the new chain on the cover would not go on. I then realized the brake was on. I never owned a saw with a brake before. It was jammed in the locked position. The manual said nothing about checking the brake when putting on the chain. It took 2 of us 1/2 hour to get it unlocked. I thought for sure we were going to brake the arm off.. Once we got it to brake free and I oiled it, its working fine. Cord jams alot when trying to start. I think its common on pull start tools. It hesitates a lot when bringing up to speed, causing it to stall sometimes.

I have owned several chainsaws at this farm, the best was a Poulan Pro Farmhand 295, 46CC. It finally quit after the motor mounts failed after about 12 years of faithful service. I bought the Ryobi and after only 6 months the complete starter system broke right off inside the housing, recoil spring went flying and the rewind cog were just about non existant! The Poulan cogs though used had plenty of life left in them. I would not recommend this saw to anyone using it frequently or definitely not in an emergency situation, it just might not start.
