Lots of torque!
Worked perfectly right out of the box. It had a small amount of oil that leaked out thru the lubrication channel...but it was all contained in the plastic bag. It came with a new chain that stayed sharp thru two tanks of gas.

Don’t be scared of grade B
I was nervous with the grade b classification thinking it would look tore up. But I figured as long as it ran like new that’s all that mattered. When I got the package I was pleasantly surprised. It looked pretty much brand new. Maybe one scuff that was barely noticeable. The saw ran perfect. Easy to start and everything worked properly.

Saw just keeps running with no issues.
Great saw. Ive had many over the years and they probably would be ok for normal around the house use but this is a serious saw that has lots of power and starts every day with no issues.

Will update the review when it gets out of the shop.
Received the 450 Rancher and it would not run. Made some adjustments to the idle and it would only idle very fast. When attempting to use it, the engine would die when the throttle was released. I was planning on returning it but was told it was out of stock. Currently it is at the Husqvarna dealer for repair under the "30 Day " warranty. I may get it back before the warranty expires.

Great saw at a reasonable price
What a great saw. I just got through running 5 tanks of gas while cutting up a wind blown red oak. I still have 20 ft of trunk to go. I’m having to double cut as this tree is much larger than the 20” bar on the saw. The chain that came with the saw is holding up well. The saw looked new out of the box. It starts easily, runs strong and idles great. I was concerned about taking a chance on a reconditioned saw but all is good.
Great saw!

I have nothing but good things to say about this reconditioned saw. I've used it extensively in clearing the woods around my home. It will easily cut down anything that you throw at it.

I've had very good results getting it to start immediately and do its job. All good...

Is this saw a 455 rancher? The description says it's 50.2 cc, so that would lead me to believe it's not. But the retail price of 460 leans more to the price of a rancher.
Scott on Dec 17, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Hi Scott,

This chain saw is a 450 series, not 455.
