Freight Orders

Freight deliveries require a delivery time be scheduled and someone must be present at the time of delivery to inspect and sign for the merchandise. A representative from the freight carrier will call the phone number entered at checkout to schedule the delivery.

Liftgate Service

For freight deliveries, you have the option of adding a liftgate to your delivery. A liftgate is the device that lowers a product from the truck to ground level.

CPO recommends adding liftgate service for freight deliveries exceeding 100 lbs if you do not have a loading dock or fork lift at the delivery address. Additional charges may apply. The liftgate option will be presented during the checkout process.

Please note that liftgate service only ensures the product is removed from the truck. We recommend you have the additional help of two to four people to move the product to its desired location because drivers are not required to assist.

Requesting liftgate service after ordering may result in additional charges and delays.

Runs well
Bought for a back up during a power outage. Only a few hours on it so far but seems to be good value for money.

Bought this unit 3 days after hurricane Harvey. Due to extreme demand for generators bought a little bigger than I needed. Used it for 1 full night and 1/2 of a day. Have ran it a few times just to insure it kept working. Always ran until ran dry so no fuel kept in it. Went to start yesterday (again, just to run and the unit is badly leaking fuel. I think this should be warrantied but need to find dealer to repair. Not very happy right now.

If you buy one get an extra carburetor or two
Like all generators they set allot. I bought this one about 3-4 years ago and ran it off and on. I live on a farm in the Midwest and this year, I started all four of mine and all my older ones started up with little issue. This one would not. I took it back to where I bought it at the farm equipment store and they had to replace the carburetor on it. Runs fine now. All my older ones are great but this one is problematic. So as a back up to this back up generator, by a back up Carburetor for it too.

It works
Having lost power for a full week, last year, when Iselle hit, thus defrosting our freezer, I decided no more. A quick trip to Sears & lo! We have a generator. It has only been used twice since last September but it does a fine job. The next step is to wire the switch board so the genee can run the whole house: It will be just fine, if a little noisey

Worked when we needed it.
We were forced to buy this size because there were no other generators available. Wished we could have bought a 7500 watt. This did the trick during the ice storm we suffered in December. Our power was off for 7 days. This provided us with heat and electricity to run our freezer, and TV. LOL

stand by power
I got this unit after recent blackouts. I was unprepared at the time. So I purchased this unit. After reviewing other models. I settled with this unit based upon fuel consumption, ease of parts, and I know other people who had older units like this model who has nothing but good words to say about there units. I ran through a look blackout and it worked better than in had anticapted. Satisfied with my choice.
