Husqvarna reconditioned works like new!
I got this saw after looking at both husqvarna and stihl to replace an old stihl 026 that I couldn't get parts for. I have never bought reconditioned, but at the time I couldn't afford anything else. When I recived the saw I was surprised ! It had a few marks on the plastic but otherwise looked brand new. The only thing I had problem with ( and possibly why there are so many reconditioned saws like it) was the brake was set. When the brake is set on husqvarna the only way to get the cover off is to pry it. I' did so and then you have to take out the plastic shipping spacer on the bar to get to release. Look on YouTube for the tooless version on reseting brake that is done at a saw shop. I have used it to cut a number of trees down and up along with large logs. It has plenty of power and runs like a top, and used very little fuel. Would definitely buy again!

Smokin deal
Wanted a mid-sized saw with some balls. I have been looking at the Husqvarna 450 Rancherl at my local farm supply store. My son came across this while browsing the net. I ordered one for him and one for me. They are factory refurbished but both looked brand new from the box. They preform great and were half the price as the local store. We couldn't be happier with them.

Love this saw
Great chain saw. Love it, once you get past the difficult 1st time assembly, & terrible instruction manual.
