best for the money pole saw
very impress with this pole saw, way better than an corded saw ,has great balance and is well thought out. cost a little more but the life time cost is very good. besides it helps the elbow and wrist a lot better than a electric model so we can do a lot more with this Oregon saw. also have the Oregon chainsaw which is very good.

oregon battery pole saw
This is one the lightest, easy to handle pole saw I used! Love it. Worked at cutting and moving the limbs that were cut for about an hour. Battery still had one light left. Never lost power!

less noise, less mess
I have a motel, the electric motor makes far less noise to disturb the guests, less mess (no pre mix, or gas) and you do not have to deal with long extension cords that require repositioning and sometimes unplug in the middle of a job. I have over two acres and one man to maintain the motel and grounds, so he has to be efficient yet do a good job. Previously we had a pole saw that required an electric cord and outlet and this is much more efficient and it's a Oregon!!

No More Branches
The saw assembled easily. It cuts better than I expected. The extension is a great feature. The only problem I have had is that the pole does not lock in place and you have to pick it up by the motor and not the pole. It separated on two occasions while using it. It is simple to put back together but it would be better if the pole locked into the motor in lieu of using a compression fitting. Other wise it will get the job done.
