We charge our battery overnight and the red light is on all the time . Is this normal or is the amber light supposed to come on when finished charging?
If not, how do you know it has finished charging.

BEST ANSWER: The battery is shipped on a low charge. The battery will require several charge cycles to fully charge. It takes 6 hours to fully charged the battery. When fully charged the orange led light will come on. If both red ad orange led lights come on the battery is completely drained.
I have battery charger AP4800 (140132007). Has this been replaced with a revised charger?
It is for the ROBL TEK4, portable cordless/battery drill, HP53L.
The charger has only one green light on it. I put the battery in it to charge but no light comes on. How do I know if the charger is working or when the battery is fully charged?

BEST ANSWER: The RYON140295041 is a 9.6V charger only, so it will not work with your TEK4, 4V battery
