Best Portable 115Volt Compressor
Most air rate at 6.5 cfm @ 90 psi for a 115volt compressor. Fantastic designed cart. It has handholds in all the right places and rolls around like a dream. Has hose, tool and small tool compartment storage. The tank is small, but the air rate keeps everything running. The only issue is that on a cold <45F day so the oil is cold in the compressor, upon the first start of the day the motor will pull right at 15 amps and trip a 15 amp circuit breaker. It may take several restarts to get the temp up, and the compressor will be fine the rest of the day on this 15 amp circuit. Otherwise, I love this compressor. I had a 3 1/2hp Coleman Powermax for almost 20 years before this one, but the Makita is better. I use it continuously to run a Pavmor paver lifter almost all day long.

Get the dolly version!
Only had the unit a few weeks but so far it has been great. Using it to install hardwood and run two nailers with no issues. It’s a bit heavy but has to be as it runs like a beast!

Very pleased with this compressor
This unit is permanently installed in a trailer, it's low profile worked very well for my needs.
It is not as loud as most small compressors, and has a fast recovery time. It is built heavy duty
so it's not light weight but definitely well made.

Perfect for my home garage. It's loud but not as loud as had expected. Well worth the $$.

BEST ANSWER: Comes with SAE 30 compressor oil. Manual specifies for -16°C TO 0°C (3.2°F - 32°F) SAE 10W, 1°C TO 26°C (33.8°F - 78.8°F) SAE 20W, and ABOVE 27°C (80.6°F) SAE 30W.
would I be able to air up tires to 110 pounds without much problem?
A shopper on Jun 24, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I have not done that but see no reason it could not be done, the unit has plenty of power with the 3 HP Moyer. I normally run mine at 120 PSI running 2 nail guns etc. Hoped that will be helpful. Make sure you have the unit on its own 20 Amp circuit with Avery large extension cord or with just the cord that comes with the air compressor.
How many CFM?
Al K on Feb 2, 2018
BEST ANSWER: It has 6.5 cfm’s at 90 psi. It has a very quick recovery.
