Nothing but heavy duty!
m12 hammer drill looks light duty but let me tell you. Its heavy duty in a small size. I use this to drill in cinder block all day with the 6 amp hr xc battery and have no issues. I own the ryobi 18v brushless hammer drill also cuz it was a special going on for 2 batteries and the drill and charger for $100 bucks and this thing makes it look like I was robbed by ryobi. Love the m12 line of tools. Easier to carry from job to job without sacrifice of power really. Would recommend this to anyone even if they don't need it. Never hurts to have a just in case.

Solidly good, convenient.
A compact drill motor with a 1/2" chuck is nice. Most drill motors this size have 3/8" chucks. I like to run a 1" countersink with a 1/2" shank in mine. It keeps me from lugging a larger, heavier tool when I need the size, but not super-heavy duty power.

Milwaukee Battery Drill
Milwaukee drill and all Milwaukee products I've owned are quality tools. I look for this tool to be as good a product as other Milwaukee tool/s I own.

I use this, as well as most of my other Milwaukee tools, at my job as a medium/heavy duty mechanic. Battery life is phenomenal, especially with the XC 4.0 in it. Speed control has been great and is easy without your fingers wearing out or getting cramps to quickly. The torque is excellent. I have yet to come across any material, with the right bit of course, that it hasn't been able to power through with no problems.

Great drill
I use my M12 tools more than the M18 because of how easy they are to use, small & light, this hammer drill does anything my m18 fuel hammer drill does jus a little bit slower, I love it, SO RUGGED to, I drop it all the time & it slides around the truck & it just doesn’t care
